    The Alzheimer's Association Connecticut Chapter is the primary source of information and support to the thousands of Connecticut residents dealing with the effects of Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia. With offices across the state in Norwalk, Norwich, New Milford, Hamden and our main office in Southington, we are able to offer our communities 24/7 multilingual Helpline support, Family Training Seminars, Care Consultation, Safe Return training, Support Groups and Educational programs for both healthcare professionals and caregivers. The Ronald McDonald House of Connecticut is a temporary “home away from home” for families of children who are being treated at nearby hospitals and healthcare facilities, such as the Children’s Hospital at Yale-New Haven, Yale-New Haven Hospital, The Hospital of St. Raphael, Bridgeport Hospital. The North Haven Education Foundation, Inc. is a tax-exempt 501(c) 3 non-profit organization served by a Board of Directors from this south central Connecticut community.
